Board Readiness Program
Welcome to the Board Readiness Program!
Our mission is to expand the field of nonprofit board membership by training members from underrepresented communities. Join us for a comprehensive one-day workshop designed to equip aspiring board members with the skills and knowledge they need to make a significant impact.
-
1. Prepare community members for board service by removing obstacles to recruitment and providing education on board governance.
-
2. Show board members how to help nonprofits establish healthy boundaries by clarifying roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
